Wealth Management Associate

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Incentives + Performance Bonus

We are a growing financial services firm specializing in stock market investments, Demat & Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and wealth creation solutions. We are looking for ambitious and client-focused professionals who are passionate about helping individuals achieve their financial goals.

Job Summary

As a Wealth Management Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and assisting clients with investment and wealth-building opportunities. You will guide clients through account opening processes and help them access a range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading Accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and HNI clients.
Assist clients in opening and activating Demat and Trading Accounts.
Educate clients about stock market investments, Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, and other wealth management products.
Identify client financial needs and recommend suitable investment solutions.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach.
Ensure smooth onboarding and KYC completion for clients.
Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, Finance preferred).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong interest in financial markets and investments.
Prior experience in Banking, Broking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, or Financial Sales is preferred.
Freshers with a passion for finance and sales are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
