Full job description

Location: Pithampur / Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience Required: 3–6 years (preferably in Pharma / Manufacturing Industry)

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

Role Objective To manage and strengthen end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. The candidate will also support the development of basic HR systems and processes as the company transitions toward a more structured people-management framework.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate with department heads (QA, QC, IT, Production, Exports, etc.) to understand manpower requirements. Draft and post job descriptions, source resumes through job portals, agencies, and referrals. Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with management. Issue offer and appointment letters, and manage joining formalities. Conduct new employee induction and maintain employee joining kits / records.

2. Employee Records & Administration Maintain employee master database (digital + physical files). Handle attendance, leave, and shift records; prepare attendance summary for payroll. Maintain employee confirmation, transfers, and resignation documentation. Manage employee ID creation, access cards, and related administrative work.

3. Payroll & Compliance Support Coordinate with Accounts for monthly salary process

4. Training & Employee Engagement Maintain training records (technical & soft skills). Organize internal and external training programs as per schedule. Conduct employee engagement activities – birthdays, events, welfare programs. Maintain feedback reports and suggest improvements in employee satisfaction.

5. Performance Management & HR Reporting Assist management in implementing performance appraisal formats (KRA-based). Track probation reviews, confirmations, and appraisal due dates. Maintain monthly HR MIS: headcount, new joiners, exits, attrition, and attendance summary.

6. Policy Implementation & Process Support Support in framing and updating basic HR policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct, etc.). Ensure adherence to company rules and maintain discipline in the workplace. Coordinate between departments for HR-related queries and grievances.

Pay: ₹37,500.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
