About LogicGo Infotech

LogicGo Infotech LLP is a growing IT company focused on developing innovative mobile applications and digital products. We are looking for a strategic and data-driven App Growth Manager who can drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across our mobile applications.

Job Summary

As an App Growth Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies to increase app installs, active users, user retention, and monetization. You will work closely with the Product, Marketing, Design, Development, and ASO teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize the user journey, and improve key business metrics through experimentation and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy

Develop and execute growth strategies to increase app installs, active users, and revenue.
Identify opportunities across the user lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization.
Create and manage growth roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Continuously identify new channels and strategies to accelerate app growth.

User Acquisition & Retention

Collaborate with the App Marketing team to optimize paid and organic user acquisition campaigns.
Improve user onboarding and activation to increase conversion rates.
Develop user engagement and retention strategies through notifications, in-app messaging, and campaigns.
Analyze user behavior and implement initiatives to reduce churn.

Data Analysis & Experimentation

Monitor key performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize onboarding, user experience, creatives, pricing, and conversion funnels.
Analyze user funnels to identify drop-off points and recommend improvements.
Present weekly and monthly growth reports to management.

Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to improve app features based on user feedback and analytics.
Coordinate with UI/UX Designers to optimize user experience.
Collaborate with the ASO and Marketing teams to maximize app visibility and downloads.
Ensure growth initiatives are implemented efficiently across departments.

Market Research & Innovation

Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging growth strategies.
Identify new growth channels, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
Stay updated with changes in app store algorithms, mobile marketing trends, and analytics platforms.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of mobile app growth strategies and user lifecycle management.
Experience with mobile app analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) principles.
Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other user acquisition channels.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in App Growth, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product Growth, or Mobile Marketing.
Experience working with Android and iOS mobile applications.
Familiarity with Firebase, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Google Analytics, and attribution tools is preferred.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and growth initiatives is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Growth in app installs and active users.
Increase in Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU).
Improvement in user activation and onboarding conversion rates.
Increase in user retention and reduction in churn rate.
Growth in app revenue and monetization metrics.
Improvement in customer lifetime value (LTV).
Reduction in Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Cost Per Install (CPI).
Successful execution of growth experiments and measurable business impact.
