We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Junior Business Development Executive to support our sales and business growth initiatives.
Job Summary:
The Junior Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads, conducting outreach activities, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, cold calling, email communication, and basic understanding of software development services and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
* Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, social media platforms, and other lead generation tools.
* Research target companies, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities.
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
* Generate leads from various industries requiring software development services.
Outreach & Client Engagement:
* Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and connection-building activities.
* Conduct cold calls to introduce company services and schedule meetings.
* Draft personalized outreach emails and follow-up communications.
* Engage with prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.
* Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project requirements.
Sales Support:
* Schedule discovery calls and meetings for senior sales representatives and management.
* Assist in preparing proposals, capability documents, and presentations.
* Maintain accurate records of communications and sales activities within systems.
* Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Market Research:
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
* Identify new business opportunities in software development, SaaS, AI solutions, mobile applications, web applications, and digital transformation projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills:
* 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or IT Sales.
* Experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting.
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation platforms.
* Experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
* Strong email drafting and business communication skills.
* Good verbal and written English communication.
* Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
Technical Understanding:
* Basic understanding of software development services.
* Knowledge of web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, CRM systems, and AI solutions.
* Ability to understand client requirements at a high level and communicate them effectively to the technical team.
* Understanding of software project lifecycle is a plus.

* Exposure to international markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe is an advantage.
