Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital advertising and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance, and generating measurable business growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Manage campaign budgets and improve performance based on KPIs.
Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Create audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and A/B tests.
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Manage and optimize eCommerce campaigns for Shopify, WooCommerce, and other online stores.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Research competitors, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution.
Experience managing eCommerce advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
