Position: Personal Assistant (PA)

Location: Bejai, Mangalore
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)

Job Description

Rohan Corporation is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Personal Assistants typically support executives through calendar management, communication handling, travel coordination, document preparation, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily calendar, appointments, and meetings of senior management.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Organize travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries when required.
Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
Follow up with various departments on pending tasks and project updates.
Act as a liaison between management, clients, vendors, and employees.
Handle administrative tasks and ensure efficient office coordination.
Track deadlines, appointments, and important business commitments.
Assist in special projects and business-related assignments as directed by management. These responsibilities align with common PA and executive support roles.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Qualification

Any Graduate.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Experience in Real Estate or Construction industry will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,291.75 - ₹25,716.57 per month
