Senior Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

Amani Travel & Tourism is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Malappuram. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry and be well-versed in tour packages, flight ticketing, visa processing, and travel planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic and international tour package inquiries and bookings.
Manage flight ticket reservations and travel arrangements.
Assist clients with visa processing and documentation.
Coordinate hotel bookings and prepare travel itineraries.
Provide travel consultation and excellent customer service.
Respond to customer inquiries and offer suitable travel solutions.
Ensure accurate travel documentation and booking procedures.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of tour packages, flight ticketing, and visa procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to manage multiple travel requests efficiently.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and documentation processes.
