Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
Experience: 6 Months+
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

InfoObjects Inc. is a global technology consulting and solutions company specializing in Data & AI, Cloud, Analytics, and Digital Transformation. We are looking for an enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support hiring for our US clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for IT positions in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients.
Support offer rollout and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Learn and stay updated on US recruitment practices, visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.), and tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months or more experience in recruitment (US IT recruitment experience preferred).
Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of US visa types and tax terms is an advantage.
