Job Profile

Responsible for the efficient day-to-day control of all cinema activities along with cinema Managers. In accordance with relevant statutory and company requirements, the role will incorporate a variety of areas including training staff and marketing initiatives to ensure optimum profit.

Should be proactive and highly energetic and fulfil all the responsibilities with complete dedication.

Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver consistently high rating on customer service index:-

· Cleanliness at all public areas – Auditorium, Box office, Platinum Lounge, Concessions, Toilets.

· Smooth traffic management at Box office, Cinema lobby, Movie Exit.

· Quick, courteous and dignified Security check.

· Action on Customer feedback – by observing and listening to their reaction directly.

· Courteous, smiling, warm congenial staff at concessions and box office.

Revenue Management:-

· Efficient call center, Internet booking.

· Suggest and coordinate efforts to create excitement for Cinema goers to increase the visibility.

Maximize profit from concessions:-

· Good quality food, grooming staff.

· All counters are working at the Interval and entry.

· Upgrade sales, Maximum RPH.

· Up selling and suggestive selling.

· Minimize food wastage, pilferages by efficient ordering.

Team Management:-

· Manpower planning in coordinating with H.R.

· Ensuring clear job profile to all Team Members and there is no ambiguity in roles or deliverables.

· Motivate and maintain high team spirit and morals by initially suitable activities and implementing them either internally or in collaboration with H.R.( Employee of the Month, Staff party, Untimely promotion).

· Take appropriate disciplinary actions when required.

Monitor implementation of systems:-

· Checklist is filled on time with accuracy.

· Ensure all monthly and weekly reports from office are delivered on time.

· Coordinates with the management on behalf of team.

· Set target of sale and standard with proper follow ups.

· Timely starting and ending of shows.

Other Activities:-

· Monitor regularly to ensure proper supervision on floor by Sr. SRE and SRE.

· Ensure that optimum no. of counters are operating at the box office, concessions at different timings.

· Ensure that Usher is always available and visible whenever a customer walks in the cinema.

· Ensure cleanliness in the cinema lobby, concession area, Auditorium, cinema toilets, Platinum Lounge, box office area, cinema entry and exit.

· Display of proper Signage: - Location of auditorium, toilets, exit signage, emergency exit, cleaning in progress.

· Display of promotional items:- banners, vinyl, standees, posters, streamers.

· At the concession counter ensure high and consistent quality of food item is maintained.

· Assist in timely submission of reports and meeting statutory requirements.

· Handle customer complains smoothly, is alert to and proactively manage situation that could become unpleasant, proactively collect customer feedback.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
