Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Meerut, India
Reports To: Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. She must be confident in interacting with stakeholders at all levels and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
Organize and coordinate company events, executive meetings, and off-site functions.
Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
Perform personal assistant tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
1+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
