Full job description

Bosco Group of Schools is a reputed educational institution committed to excellence in education and efficient administration. We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented School Clerk to join our administrative team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical work.
Maintain student, staff, and school records accurately.
Prepare and manage official correspondence, letters, circulars, and documentation.
Manage filing systems (physical and digital).
Assist with admissions and student documentation.
Coordinate with school departments and Head Office.
Maintain attendance records and other administrative registers.
Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
Answer phone calls, emails, and visitor queries professionally.
Support office operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of school records and documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in school administration or office clerical work.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Good typing speed in English (Marathi typing will be an added advantage).
Strong documentation and record management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, punctual, and able to work under deadlines.
Experience with school ERP software will be an added advantage.
