Location: Mohali / Chandigarh, India

Compensation: No Bar for the Right Candidate + Performance Bonus + Potential Equity\

Hype Digitals & Promotions is Backed By Australian-based company with established operations in Australia and an existing office in Noida, India. We are now launching our second office in Chandigarh to support our growing Australian businesses and to build a dedicated digital marketing and business growth division.

We believe the digital marketing industry is entering its next phase of growth. Businesses are demanding reliable, results-driven agencies that can genuinely deliver value.

This is where you come in.

We are looking for a builder, an entrepreneur, and a leader who wants the opportunity to create and scale a business with the backing and resources of an established Australian company.

This role is essentially a Co-Founder opportunity with executive-level ownership and autonomy.

## The Opportunity

You will have the freedom to:

✅ Build and lead your own team

✅ Create systems, processes, and culture

✅ Develop and execute the business strategy

✅ Establish and grow the digital marketing division

✅ Build new service offerings and revenue streams

✅ Scale the business internationally

✅ Work directly with Australian leadership and influence company strategy

You might currently be:

* A CEO, COO, Managing Director, or Business Director

* A founder of a digital marketing agency

* A senior leader in marketing, technology, SaaS, recruitment, or business services
