Blanket Hotel & Spa, Munnar is looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B Service to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide warm, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Set up tables and service areas as per hotel standards.
Ensure proper clearing and resetting of tables.
Attend to guest requests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
Follow all F&B service standards, SOPs, and hotel policies.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and report them to the supervisor.
Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene standards at all times.
Assist the team during busy periods, events, and special functions.

Requirements

Previous experience in F&B Service in a hotel or resort is preferred.
Freshers with a passion for hospitality are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Strong guest-service orientation.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
