Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support to the MD, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, MIS, correspondence, and official documents.
Follow up with various departments on action points and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, hotel bookings, and expense coordination.
Draft and proofread emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other business communications.
Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-up action items.
Conduct research and prepare summaries or reports as required by the MD.
Coordinate with senior management and key stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Support the MD in day-to-day business and administrative activities.
Maintain proper records and ensure effective document management.

Requirements

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to MD, CEO, Director, or Senior Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Excellent drafting, presentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Experience:
