Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are seeking an articulate, proactive, and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations. As the primary point of contact for employees and management, your success relies on exceptional communication skills to foster strong relationships, resolve personnel matters with diplomacy, and clearly articulate company policies across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, mediating conflicts, conducting exit interviews, and delivering clear, empathetic solutions to workplace concerns.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead engaging new-hire orientation sessions, facilitate seamless onboarding programs, and communicate expectations effectively to integrate new talent.

HR Operations & Policy: Draft, update, and present HR policies, handbooks, and announcements across the company to ensure operational transparency and compliance.

Recruitment Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, post job listings, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules.

Performance Management: Assist managers with performance review cycles, providing clear guidance on feedback delivery and constructive communication.

Culture & Engagement: Plan and coordinate internal events, team-building initiatives, and employee feedback surveys to maintain high team morale.

Qualifications & Requirements

Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and active listening skills; ability to convey complex policies in simple, accessible language.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR operational role.

Interpersonal Skills: Proven track record of building trust, exercising high emotional intelligence, and maintaining confidentiality.

Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities to address sensitive workplace issues calmly.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and standard office software (MS Office / Google Workspace).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
