Job Description for Back Office Executive/ Project Coordinator (PEB)

Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
Follow up with vendors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
Update project trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards using Advanced Excel(Mandatory)
Draft and update layouts, drawings, or measurements in AutoCAD 2D(Mandatory)
Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and share progress updates
Monitor project timelines, materials, and resources
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review
Ensure smooth communication between site teams and office teams
Maintain project files, approvals, and documentation records

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.E. Civil/ Mechanical
0–3 years of experience in project coordination or related role (PEB Industry only)
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formatting)
Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Good analytical ability and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage timelines
Basic understanding of project workflow

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
