Full job description

Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Nagpur | Industry: D2C Wellness Brand

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Executive based in Nagpur. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, planning and executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align marketing strategies. The Social Media Marketing Executive will also contribute to elevating brand presence and fostering strong audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently create, shoot, and post social media content including reels, short videos, product shots, and photos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Must be comfortable producing content independently (reels, product shoots, lifestyle content, ad creatives) without relying heavily on the design team.
iPhone is mandatory for shooting high-quality social media content.
Strong ability to research and identify trending content formats, viral reels, and social media trends relevant to the wellness and D2C industry.
Plan and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand communication across all platforms.
Create and curate platform-specific content including reels, shorts, stories, videos, and static posts.
Coordinate product photoshoots, campaign shoots, and video content with internal teams and external creators when required.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure engaging and high-quality visual storytelling.
Handle day-to-day community management, including responding to comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Engage with influencers, industry professionals, and relevant communities to strengthen brand visibility and positioning.
Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to optimize content performance.
Assist in managing paid promotions and coordinating with the performance marketing team.
Stay updated with the latest social media, beauty, wellness, and D2C trends to bring fresh and creative ideas for brand growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a relevant specialization / MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Candidates must hold a certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
Candidate should be Nagpur based ONLY.

Personal Attributes:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media for cosmetics or wellness or nutraceutical brands (D2C preferred) and paid campaigns.
Must have self active social media page.
Proficient with tools like Canva pro and editing tools.
Strong understanding of major social platforms and their tools.
Experience creating shoots, editing, working with photographers, videographers, and creatives.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual content skills.

Can Join : Within 15 to 30 days

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
