Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for students and staff. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, a commitment to food safety, and an understanding of student food preferences and nutritional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and prepare daily meals according to approved menus.
Ensure meals are nutritious, balanced, and consistently high in quality.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations.
Develop innovative and appealing menu ideas for students.
Coordinate with the school/college administration regarding meal planning and special dietary requirements.
Create a positive dining experience by delivering food that is both healthy and enjoyable.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef in a school, college, institution, hotel, or large-scale catering environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Experience preparing meals for large groups.
Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
Passion for healthy cooking and student nutrition.
