Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end HR Generalist activities.
Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Administer contract labour management, including vendor coordination and compliance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate disciplinary matters and grievance handling.
Maintain HR documentation, records, and MIS reports.
Prepare HR presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Work closely with plant leadership to support business and workforce requirements.

Candidate Profile

Strong experience in HR Generalist functions within a manufacturing environment.
Sound knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Legal Compliance, and Contract Labour Management.
Experience in organizations with a workforce of 500+ employees.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a plant environment.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
