Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with prospective customers and guests visiting the project/site.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property/project information.
Conduct project/site visits and explain amenities, specifications, pricing, and offers.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide a positive guest experience.
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, events, and other sources.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams for lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.
Assist in organizing site visits, customer meetings, and property events.
Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
