Full job description

Vinsun Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete accounting activities independently.
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
Perform GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly reports for management review.
Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation.
Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Ensure compliance with GST regulations related to E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience in manufacturing, electrical, or project-based industries will be preferred.
Hands-on experience in preparation and generation of E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
Good understanding of GST provisions, taxation procedures, and statutory compliances.
