About OMG Mediawork

OMG Mediawork is a Mumbai-based, full-service production and line production company founded in 2014 by Durgesh Dadhich and Bhaktti Sakpal. We bring brand ideas to life on screen, handling everything from the first brief to the final delivered file, including television commercials, digital and social media content, music videos, branded films, OTT promos, corporate videos, and high-end photoshoots. Over the past decade, we've worked with some of India's most recognised brands, such as Dreame, Garnier, Maybelline, Domino's, Britannia, Tata, Amazon, Zepto, Kotak Life, and many more, on productions featuring talent including Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Tiger Shroff. What sets us apart is that we're not just a vendor who shows up with a camera; we are a strategic production partner who understands the brand's objective, builds the right team, manages every moving part of the shoot, and delivers content that performs. We also function as line producers and production fixers for international agencies and production companies that need a trusted, experienced ground team in India.

Role

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Associate Producer who can support the production team while also taking ownership of projects and independently handling shoots. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the advertising and production ecosystem, be comfortable coordinating with clients, agencies, directors, crew, and vendors, and be capable of managing production requirements from pre-production to post-production.

Responsibilities

Build strong treatment decks, PPM, and pitch decks for projects and presentations.
Structure ideas into clear and compelling visual narratives
Conduct creative research to find visual references, mood boards, and inspiration
Support the director and creative team during the development stage
Use tools like Canva and basic AI tools to enhance presentations and streamline workflows
Help translate creative concepts into client-ready presentations

Requirements

Assist in planning and executing projects from pre-production to post-production.
Coordinate with clients, agencies, directors, DOPs, crew, vendors, and other production partners.
Independently coordinate and manage shoots, ensuring smooth on-ground execution.
Handle production logistics including locations, casting, crew, equipment, travel, and other shoot requirements.
Assist with budgets, estimates, production schedules, call sheets, and production plans.
Source, coordinate, and negotiate with vendors and production partners.
Be actively involved on set and handle day-to-day production requirements and challenges.
Coordinate with post-production teams including editors, VFX, colourists, sound teams, and other vendors.
Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets, timelines, and creative requirements.
Maintain clear communication and follow-ups with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
