Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic US Insurance Product Sales Executive to drive sales of insurance-related products and services in the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound sales, consultative selling, lead generation, objection handling, and closing deals with US customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective US customers.
Promote and sell insurance products/services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Follow up on qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Stay updated with US insurance products and market trends.

Required Skills

2+ years of US Insurance Sales experience.
Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
Experience in outbound calling and closing sales.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work in US Night Shift.
Comfortable achieving revenue and sales KPIs.
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Marol, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
