Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and enrollment processes.
Verify employee KYC documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, educational certificates, and address proof.
Conduct document verification to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate and track police verification for newly recruited employees.
Verify and maintain employee medical fitness certificates before deployment.
Process and maintain records for Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESIC) registrations.
Assist employees with Mediclaim enrollment, claim documentation, and claim follow-up with insurance providers.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS/ERP system.
Ensure all employee files are complete and updated with the required statutory documents.
Coordinate with the Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure timely employee onboarding.
Handle employee queries related to HR documentation, PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, and onboarding formalities.
Prepare and maintain onboarding reports and compliance records.
Perform other HR administrative duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of HR documentation and employee onboarding processes.
Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, labour law compliance, and employee welfare schemes.
Strong documentation and record management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, BBA, or MBA (HR).
0–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, or HR Administration.
Freshers with basic HR knowledge and strong computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to learn and grow in HR Operations, Employee Documentation, and Statutory Compliance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
