Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to be part of our growing team of Social Media Marketing.

Responsibilities

Maintain monthly editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Manage content for social media conversations and activities.
Manage daily operations of page/channel including stories/highlights/layout changes whenever appropriate.
Post content for feeds including writing on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social sites in alignment with client strategies.
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, and audience identification.
Review and respond to user-generated comments in order to foster a positive community and add value to the users’ experience as outlined in the schedule.
Identify and engage with influencers within the various social community sites to foster dialogue and allow discussions about clients’ products and promotions/campaigns.
Interpret data using a basic analytics report template during campaign/promotions to highlight key findings.
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years working in an advertising agency.
Proficiency in the social media platforms — Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Forums, Twitter, Behance, etc.
Excellent research and writing skills — and the ability to create trendy social content quickly.
Familiarity and knowledge of Analytics, Tracking, and Social Media monitoring tools.
Experience in researching target audiences and creating customer personas for building a relevant audience.
