Position Summary / Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR department in Chennai. This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent, ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment process and contributing significantly to our talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of IT recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining follow-up.
Conduct technical screening to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various IT roles.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Negotiate salaries and extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update candidate information accurately within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors.
Manage vendor relationships for recruitment services as needed.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, demonstrating effective team handling capabilities.
Ensure timely completion of recruitment activities and manage multiple requisitions effectively through strong time management.

Required Qualifications / Skills

Education / Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
