Job Description – Junior CRM Executive

Department: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Industry: Real Estate / Property Development

Experience: 0–2 Years

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: CRM Manager / CRM Head

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior CRM Executive to support the CRM team in managing customer interactions, documentation, payment follow-ups, sales coordination, and post-sales activities for our real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with Excel, CRM software, and basic ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

Handle day-to-day communication with customers through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
Respond to customer queries and coordinate with relevant internal departments for resolution.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer requirements and requests.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and commitments.

2. Booking & Documentation

Assist in processing new bookings and customer documentation.
Verify basic customer documents and coordinate for missing documents.
Maintain booking forms, KYC documents, agreements and other customer records.
Coordinate with the Sales, Legal and Documentation teams for execution of agreements and related documents.
Track the status of documentation and ensure timely completion.

3. Payment & Collection Coordination

Monitor customer payment schedules and outstanding amounts.
Coordinate with customers regarding upcoming and overdue payments.
Share payment reminders and follow up for collections as instructed.
Update customer payment details in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment confirmation and reconciliation.
Assist in resolving customer ledger/payment-related queries.

4. CRM & Data Management

Enter and update customer, booking, payment and communication data in the CRM.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Generate basic CRM reports as required by management.
Track pending activities, customer requests and follow-ups.
Maintain proper documentation and digital records.

5. Coordination with Internal Departments

Coordinate with:

Sales Team
Accounts & Finance Team
Legal Team
Documentation Team
Project/Site Team
Collections Team

Ensure that customer issues and requests are routed to the appropriate department and followed through to closure.

6. MIS & Reporting

Prepare basic Excel reports relating to bookings, collections, outstanding payments and customer requests.
Maintain daily/weekly CRM activity reports.
Track pending customer cases and ageing of unresolved requests.
Assist the CRM Manager in preparing management reports.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of real estate sales/customer lifecycle.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Working knowledge of CRM software.
Basic understanding of accounting/payment terminology.
Good data-entry and documentation skills.
Ability to follow up consistently and maintain records.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Professional and courteous approach towards customers.

Preferred Excel Skills

Candidates should preferably have working knowledge of:

Sorting & Filtering
Basic formulas such as SUM, COUNT, IF and SUMIF
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Conditional Formatting
Pivot Tables
Basic MIS preparation
Data cleaning and validation

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, BMS or a related field.

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, real estate, banking, finance or back-office operations may apply.

Accuracy of CRM data
Timely updating of customer records
Customer query resolution turnaround time
Follow-up efficiency
Payment follow-up and collection coordination
Documentation completion
Number of pending/unresolved customer cases
Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable with follow-ups, with good communication skills and an eye for detail. The candidate should be willing to learn the complete real estate customer lifecycle—from booking and documentation through payments, agreement execution and post-sales service.
