Your Job

We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst. The role will be based in Mumbai, India. This position will be part of the IT Infrastructure Project Capability team, supporting global infrastructure initiatives while also providing local IT support for India operations.

What You Will Do
IT Infrastructure Project Support (Primary)

Support planning, execution, and delivery of global infrastructure projects
Execute assigned technical tasks within defined scope and timelines
Support system testing, rollouts, and deployment activities
Collaborate with project managers and global infrastructure teams
Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates
Identify risks, dependencies, and escalate issues proactively

Local IT Support (India Operations)

Provide hands-on IT support for office and production environments in Mumbai, Savli, and Baroda
Ensure availability and performance of workplace technologies (servers, network, end-user devices, printers, shop-floor systems)
Support incident resolution and coordinate with Service Desk teams
Assist in hardware setup, office moves, and system installations
Conduct basic user training and promote self-service solutions
Identify recurring issues and support process improvements for local IT support

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in IT infrastructure support, system administration, or infrastructure project delivery
Solid understanding of servers, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
Familiarity with infrastructure environments and enterprise IT systems
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work from the Mumbai office and collaborate across global time zones

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience supporting infrastructure project rollouts, testing, and go-live activities
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Familiarity with project and delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ticketing systems, documentation tools)
Strong execution mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in parallel
Ability to identify risks early and escalate with proper context
Clear and proactive communication with stakeholders across global teams
Structured and disciplined approach to problem-solving and task execution
Willingness to learn new technologies and grow into advanced technical responsibilities

Work Environment

Based in Mumbai with on-site presence
Collaboration with global teams across regions
May require occasional travel or support outside standard working hours
