Full job description

We are looking for a confident and experienced HR Generalist to manage the complete HR function — from recruitment to exit formalities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT and Non-IT hiring, HR operations, payroll, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Hire for IT positions (e.g. .NET Developers, Mobile App Developers, Software Testers) and Non-IT positions (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Business Development).
Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews for open roles.
Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Manage salary processing, including statutory compliance (PF, Income Tax, etc.).
Design and implement HR policies to attract and retain talent.
Conduct induction programs and on-boarding training for new employees.
Organize weekly employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
Track and manage KRA/KPI performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

Candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet tools.
Hands-on experience with social media recruiting, job portals, and campus hiring.
Prior experience hiring for IT roles (.NET, Mobile App, QA/Testers) and Non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, Presales) is mandatory.
Experience with HRMS or other HR tools will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be based in Central Mumbai or Navi Mumbai (up to Nerul).

Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Schedule: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM, Monday to Saturday ( 2nd & 4th Saturday & All Sunday's Off )
