Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (EHS), environmental regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate shift personnel (operators/technicians), including task allocation and on-the-job training.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot process deviations or technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and prevent accidents.
Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and documentation (MIS/SAP) for management review.
Coordination: Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure seamless production handovers.
