Position: Management Trainee, Global Operations & PMO

Location: Gurugram

Department: Operations / Project Management Office (PMO)

Employment Type: Full Time

We deliver onsite IT support, field engineering, project deployments and managed services across more than 100 countries and over 1,000 cities through our global network of engineers and partners.

As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for energetic Management Trainees who want to build a career in operations, project management, client delivery and business leadership.

This is not a routine back-office role. You will work closely with senior management, PMO teams and business leaders to ensure successful execution of global projects and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· The selected candidate will be trained and gradually take ownership of responsibilities including:

· Assisting the PMO team in managing global IT service requests and projects.

· Coordinating with clients, partners, field engineers and internal departments across different countries.

· Tracking project progress, timelines, SLAs and escalations.

· Preparing project reports, MIS, dashboards and documentation.

· Supporting resource allocation and operational planning.

· Maintaining project records, SOPs and process documentation.

· Coordinating meetings, preparing MOMs and following up on action items.

· Assisting Directors with business research, strategic initiatives and confidential assignments.

· Working with HR, Finance, Procurement and Technical teams for smooth project execution.

· Identifying operational gaps and recommending process improvements.

· Supporting automation initiatives using Microsoft 365, AI tools and business applications.

· Learning global customer engagement, project governance and business operations.

Desired Skills:

· Excellent written and verbal English communication.

· Strong analytical and logical thinking.

· Good problem-solving ability.

· High attention to detail.

· Strong ownership and accountability.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Comfortable working with international clients and different time zones.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills are preferred.

· Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Eligibility

· MBA (Operations, International Business, Marketing, HR or General Management) Freshers may apply.

· Strong academic record preferred.

· Internship or project experience in operations, project management or customer service will be an added advantage.
