Position: HR Executive
Location: Noida Sector 58
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, attendance management, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate must be familiar with major job portals and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across different departments.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Handle employee exit formalities and offboarding procedures.
Maintain daily employee attendance and leave records.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Prepare and maintain employee records, HR reports, and documentation.
Support payroll by maintaining accurate attendance and leave data.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and employee documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for internal hiring requirements.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Basic understanding of HR documentation and employee lifecycle.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience as an HR Executive, HR Recruiter, or HR Coordinator.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
