Position: Manager – Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Manager – Sales to drive sales of residential/commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, conducting site visits, closing deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate sales through leads, references, channel partners, digital enquiries, and other sources.
Handle incoming leads and convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Negotiate with customers and support the closure of property transactions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers/channel partners.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company sales policies and processes.
Assist the Sales Manager in team coordination, performance tracking, and achieving departmental targets.

Key Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good presentation and objection-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
2–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in residential or commercial real estate.
Candidates with experience in property sales, channel sales, or direct sales will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly/quarterly sales achievement.
Lead-to-site-visit conversion.
Site-visit-to-booking conversion.
Revenue generated.
Customer follow-up and pipeline management.
Channel-partner productivity.
Customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
