The role of a Real Estate Telecaller involves making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and managing inquiries about available properties. The Telecaller's responsibilities include:

Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce property listings and generate leads.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of current property listings and market trends.
Providing detailed information about properties and answering any questions clients may have.
Scheduling appointments for property viewings and coordinating with the sales team.
Updating and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Meeting and exceeding monthly call and lead generation targets.
Handling client objections and providing appropriate solutions.
Staying updated on real estate market trends and project details.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a persuasive attitude, and proficiency in using CRM software and cold-calling techniques. Continuous training in sales tactics and customer service strategies is essential for long-term career success.
