Ensure proper filing, indexing, digitization and preservation of important

administrative records.

Handle confidential files, correspondence and information relating to

personnel, legal, disciplinary and other sensitive administrative matters
with due care and confidentiality.

Perform any other administrative, coordination or related duties as may

be assigned by the competent authority from time to time.

Note: The above responsibilities are indicative and may be modified or
expanded depending upon the functional requirements of the Officer.
