Roles and Responsibilities

Prepares foods for cooking or serving.
Inspects facilities, equipment, or supplies to ensure conformance with standards
Monitors food services operations to ensure procedures are followed
Trains food preparation or food service personnel
Suggest menu options
Cook foodstuffs according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served
Compiles and maintains daily morning student meal counts and production records of food use
Maintains a monthly inventory of supplies and equipment as needed
Bake bread, rolls, or other pastries
Anticipates problems, where possible, and recommends appropriate policies to the Food services supervisor.
Monitors the use of government food commodities to ensure that proper procedures are followed.

Requirement and Skills

The candidate must have at least passed the 8th standard.
Required any craft course in Food and Beverage Production.
Minimum Age : 25 -45 years
Candidates with experience in bulk cooking (Indian, Chinese, South Indian & North Indian dishes)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
