Role description

Supervision of access control.

Supervision of material handling at the gates.

Supervision of quick reaction team (QRT) / Emergency Response Team (ERT).

Supervision in Crime and Intelligence wing.

Control room management including use of technical gadgets

Maintenance and upkeep of security gadgets and equipment.

Executive protection.

Crisis Management

Management of Escalation.

Supervision and conduct of training.

Improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices.

Regular interaction with stakeholders

Maintain good liaison with Police and local Administration.

Full time Graduate in any discipline

3 years' experience in Defence Services – Subedar/ Chief Petty Officer / Warrant Officer/Coast Guard- Adhikari/JCO

3 years' experience as subordinate Officer/Officer of CISF

3 years' experience as officer in Corporate /Industrial Security

Technical Competencies

Security Systems Management
Basic knowledge of law - provisions of IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, Labour Laws, PSARA, etc. Relevant to Security Services.
Fire & Disaster Management- Basics
Technical Convergence for security- Basics
Knowledge of TQM relevant to department

Behavioural Competencies

High customer orientation
Excellent communication skills - Written, Spoken
Proficiency in MS office
Analytical skills
Good PR skills
Soft skills
