Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution of project milestones.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
Track material procurement, deliveries, and resource allocation.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely closure of project-related issues.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers regarding project requirements and updates.
Assist in budget monitoring, billing, and project cost tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, verify work status, identify issues, and coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meetings (MOM).

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project management processes and construction activities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel to project sites as required.
