Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and driving revenue while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets.
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Plan and manage staffing, duty rosters, and team performance.
Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and stock control to minimize wastage.
Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams for smooth operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and guest experience.
Monitor food and beverage costs and prepare operational reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of food and beverage items.
Organize banquets, events, and special dining promotions when required.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience

3–8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, clubs, hospitals, or institutional catering is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Ability to manage operations under pressure and meet business targets.
Customer-focused with strong organizational and analytical skills.
