Business Development Manager – Hotel Tech

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: Experienced – Sales

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Holidays: No national holidays; only Sundays are weekly offs

About the Role

Celestial Hostings is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Hotel Tech to join our Amritsar team. The role involves identifying, approaching and converting hotels, resorts, homestays, guest houses and other hospitality businesses into clients for our Hotel Tech solutions. You will be responsible for understanding the digital and business challenges faced by hospitality businesses and presenting the right combination of technology, marketing and digital solutions to help them improve their online presence, direct bookings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.

Prospect and connect with hotel owners, general managers, property managers and decision-makers.

Conduct sales calls, meetings and product presentations with potential clients.

Understand a hotel's current digital presence and identify opportunities for improvement.

Present and sell Celestial Hostings' Hotel Tech solutions based on the property's requirements.

Promote solutions including:

* Hotel Website Design & Development

* Professional Hotel Photography

* Google Business Profile Optimisation

* Google 360° Virtual Tours

* OTA Registration & Optimisation

* SEO, AIO, AEO & GEO

* Direct Booking Engine & Channel Manager

* Property Management System (PMS)

* Revenue Management

* Social Media & Digital Marketing

* Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with prospects until closure.

* Maintain an organised sales pipeline and regularly update lead and follow-up records.

* Build long-term relationships with hotel owners and hospitality decision-makers.

* Coordinate with the internal operations, web development, photography and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

* Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Stay updated on hospitality technology, hotel distribution, OTAs and digital marketing trends.

What We Are Looking For

1+ years of proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in B2B sales. Experience selling to hotels, resorts, travel businesses, hospitality or other businesses will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to speak confidently with business owners and senior decision-makers. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Good understanding of sales processes and lead conversion. Comfortable with calling, meetings and face-to-face sales. Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, Google Business Profile, OTAs or hospitality technology is an advantage. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Punjabi will be preferred.
