Walkwood Immigration is a professional immigration and visa consultancy based in Mohali, Punjab. We assist clients with study visas, visitor visas, work permits, permanent residency, and other immigration services for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, New Zealand, and Europe. Our focus is on providing honest guidance, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service throughout the immigration process. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team.

Job Roles

1. Visa Counselor

Counsel clients regarding study, visitor, work, and PR visa options.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain client records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

2. Documentation Executive

Collect and verify client documents.
Prepare and organize visa application files.
Coordinate with clients to obtain missing documents.
Ensure applications are complete and submitted on time.
Maintain accurate records and confidentiality.

3. Telecaller / Sales Executive

Call prospective clients from company-generated leads.
Explain immigration services and book appointments.
Follow up with interested clients.
Maintain daily call reports and update the CRM.
Meet lead generation and conversion targets.

4. Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Welcome clients and manage appointments.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Handle office administration and maintain visitor records.
Support counselors with scheduling and documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,871.94 per month
