What You'll Do

What We Need

Minimum 1–3 years experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or similar
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Good with numbers and data
Comfort using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up work
Interest in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Google Sheets automation) is a plus
Self-starter, can work with minimal supervision
Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out
