Act as a key contributor to technology strategy, roadmap planning and architectural decisions for Salesforce-led initiatives.
Partner closely with Platform Architects, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to translate business outcomes into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programmes, ensuring high-quality, resilient and performant solutions.
Establish and enforce engineering best practices including coding standards, CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing and release management.
Drive continuous improvement through technical debt management, refactoring strategies and platform optimisation.
Review solution designs and code to ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Salesforce engineers, technical leads and administrators.
Support hiring and onboarding of Salesforce talent aligned to long-term platform needs.
