Position: Branch Business Manager

Department : Sales

Location : Faridabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Company Name : NBFC

Set up the required Infra: The Branch Business Manager has the responsibility to set up the required infra

in his location for enabling Secured Business Loan(SBL) business. This would include hiring a Team of

Territory Business Managers, establishing a network of channel partners and identifying and empanelling

all the vendors(Legal, Technical, RCU) required for carrying on the business in accordance with the

guidelines and policies of the company.

Business Sourcing: Be involved in sourcing new business either through direct channels (e.g., branch-

based activities and TBM Referrals) or through the DSA network. Ensure that the target set by the

company with respect to Login, Disbursement, IRR, Fee Income are met by the branch

Portfolio and Collection Management: Ensure timely collections and minimize non-performing assets

(NPAs). Ensure that the target set by the company with respect to collection and portfolio performance

are met.

Channel Development and Management: Establish and expand an elaborate network of Direct Selling

Agents (DSAs) and Connectors. Regularly engage with, train, and motivate the DSAs and Connectors to

ensure optimum productivity. Monitor the performance of these channels and devise strategies to

enhance their contributions to business generation.

Customer Service: To provide pre and post sales service to the customers within the specified TAT in

accordance with company guidelines. Ensure highest level of Customer Satisfaction and engagement.

Compliance: Ensure that the branch operates in full compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal

policies.

Field Visits and Personal Discussions: Conduct regular field visits to meet customers and engage in

personal discussions as required. This may include evaluating customer eligibility and discussing loan

terms and conditions.

TAT and Sales Process Adherence: Ensure that Turnaround Time (TAT) for loan processing is

maintained at acceptable levels. Ensure that the sales process is strictly adhered to, focusing on efficiency

and customer satisfaction.

Communication with Other Functions: Maintain effective communication with other functions,

including the Central Processing Agency (CPA)/QC, Operations, Credit, and Collections departments,

both at the branch and Head Office.

Branch Operations Management: Oversee and lead all aspects of branch operations, related to

disbursement, documentation, loan processing, and customer service.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of loan officers, and other branch staff. Foster a culture of

teamwork, performance, and exceptional customer service.

Branch Maintenance: Ensure that the branch premises and infrastructure are well-maintained and

conducive to a professional and welcoming environment.

Lead Generation Activities: Organize lead generation activities within the region to attract potential

customers, such as marketing events or partnerships with local businesses.

MIS Management: Maintain the multiple MIS for the region.

Team Management: Manage the team of Team Business Managers (TBMs) as per the budget. TBMs are

responsible for managing the DSAs and driving business growth.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field. An MBA is a plus.

3-4 years of experience in the non-banking financial sector, particularly in loans against property (LAP).

Strong knowledge of LAP products, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting targets.

Proficient in using standard office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
