Full job description

Elitesurface Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant who can efficiently manage our financial operations using Tally and ERP tool while also supporting day-to-day business activities such as invoicing, stock management, and payment coordination. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with both the sales and procurement teams to ensure smooth financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations using Tally ERP
Create and maintain accurate tax invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
Record and monitor purchase entries, expenses, and vendor transactions
Handle production stock entries and maintain inventory records
Track and manage purchase payments and ensure timely settlements
Coordinate with the sales team to confirm customer payments and outstanding dues
Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper financial documentation
Prepare periodic reports on sales, purchases, stock, and payments
Ensure compliance with GST regulations and other applicable tax requirements
Assist in audits and maintain proper filing of financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably with hands-on knowledge of Tally
Strong understanding of GST, invoicing, and basic taxation
Experience in inventory/stock management is highly preferred
Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Familiarity with manufacturing or production-related accounting is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
