Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Recruitment
Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
Recruitment Documentation
Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Ensure proper documentation for new hires and maintain employee records.
Telecalling & Communication
Handle recruitment-related telecalling for candidate follow-ups.
Communicate HR policies and updates to employees across branches.
Payroll Management
Assist in monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leave records, and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Branch Visits & HR Support
Conduct periodic visits to branches for employee engagement and HR audits.
Address staff queries and provide on-ground HR support.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
