About the Role
SkinHeal Solutions is a growing Ayurvedic Dermatology and Trichology center specializing in holistic treatments for skin, hair, and scalp disorders. We are seeking an experienced Center Manager with a strong background in managing Ayurvedic clinics, specialty healthcare centers, dermatology clinics, wellness centers, or healthcare chains.
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in reputed Ayurvedic and specialty healthcare organizations such as Parasnath Specialty Clinics, Madhavbaug, dermatology clinics, wellness centers, or similar patient-centric healthcare institutions. Candidates with extensive experience in Ayurvedic clinic operations, patient management, treatment counseling, revenue management, and healthcare center administration will be highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesCenter Operations
- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the Pune center.
- Ensure smooth management of appointments, consultations, therapies, and patient flow.
- Implement and maintain operational SOPs and quality standards.
- Ensure excellent patient service and clinic efficiency.
Patient Experience & Counseling
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation to treatment completion.
- Handle patient concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Guide and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and clinical staff to ensure quality care.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive monthly revenue and center performance targets.
- Improve consultation-to-treatment conversion rates.
- Monitor treatment package sales, renewals, and patient retention.
- Identify opportunities to increase patient footfall and business growth.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise front office executives, coordinators, therapists, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team development activities.
- Ensure staff productivity, discipline, and adherence to company standards.
- Create a positive and patient-focused work environment.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor billing, collections, inventory, and center expenses.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with clinic policies.
- Coordinate with senior management on performance and growth initiatives.
Candidate ProfileQualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare operations, Ayurvedic centers, dermatology clinics, wellness centers, or specialty healthcare organizations.
- Candidates with prior experience at Parasnath Specialty Clinics, Madhavbaug, or similar healthcare organizations will be given preference.
- Proven experience in handling patient care, operations, team management, and revenue targets.
