Full job description

Strategic Planning: Review and refine the overall product strategy based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to align the product roadmap with the company's vision and goals.

Team Management: Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations. Participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, from concept to deployment. This includes setting development priorities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and align development efforts with business goals.

Scalability and Reliability: Implement strategies for scaling our platform while maintaining high performance and reliability

Innovation: Stay at the forefront of technology trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to enhance our product

Cross-functional Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with product management, sales, marketing, and customer support are vital. Ensure that our product aligns with market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives

Budget and Resource Management: Manage the Product budget, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize costs while maintaining a high level of product quality.

You will fit right if you have:

You have a BS/MS in computer science, information systems, or equivalent
You have 10+ years of hands-on experience in product management, demonstrating a progression of responsibilities.
You have successfully built and managed a high-performance distributed team/s
Experience in successfully delivering complex software products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
A problem-solver attitude where you like to dive deep into a problem, diagnose root causes, and work with multiple teams to come up with a solution
Ambitious to make an extra effort to go above and beyond the traditional growth paths
Strong ability to drive and encourage talent and performance
As an owner of the product you will be required to plan and execute the product roadmap and provide technical leadership to the Product team
Cross-team collaboration, you will have to collaborate with Product Management and Implementation teams and build a commercially successful product
You will be responsible for recruiting & leading a team of highly skilled Product Manager, Specialists and providing strong hands-on product leadership
Required skills and experience
- Experience in building a scalable product
- Hands-on technical leadership with proven ability to recruit high-performance talent
- Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.
- A solid understanding of the technical aspects of product development, especially if the products are technology-driven.
- Understanding of auditing technical decisions and pushing for the best solution to a problem
- Understanding developing Enterprise Software using Agile Methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and the ability to advocate for the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Experience gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience implementing agile practices in product management.
- Basic understanding of Cloud Services (AWS is preferred). Should have hands-on experience in setting up an infrastructure from scratch
- Good System design skills considering scalability and fault-tolerant applications

Note: You will be required to operate in the IST time zone which is - 10:00 AM IST to 8:00 PM IST from Pune Location.
