Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in Substation Design, Protection Systems, GIS/AIS Switchgear, SCADA, and Industrial Automation. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in designing electrical substations, protection systems, communication architecture, and utility-grade automation solutions while working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Job Location: Pune, India.

Experience: 8 Years to 12 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

Design and develop 33kV and above electrical substations (GIS/AIS).
Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), Cable Schedules, and Wiring Diagrams.
Perform load flow studies, short-circuit analysis, voltage drop calculations, and protection coordination.
Design earthing systems, lightning protection systems, and cable sizing calculations.
Select and configure transformers, switchgear, CTs, VTs, protection relays, and associated equipment.
Develop SCADA architecture, RTU/PLC integration, communication networks, and control logic.
Prepare technical specifications, BOMs, engineering calculations, and design documentation.
Coordinate with automation, instrumentation, civil, mechanical, and project teams for successful project execution.
Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Ensure designs comply with IEC, IEEE, utility standards, and customer specifications.
Provide technical support during project execution, installation, and commissioning.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
