Job Title: Head of Sales – BIM Solutions

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales with a strong background in the Building Information Modeling (BIM) industry. The ideal candidate must have successfully led enterprise sales, built high-performing sales teams, closed large BIM deals, and consistently generated significant revenue through software, BIM consulting, or digital construction solutions.
This role requires someone who understands the complete BIM ecosystem, including architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), digital twins, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's national and international BIM sales strategy.
Drive revenue growth through enterprise, government, infrastructure, real estate, EPC, and AEC clients.
Build and lead a high-performance sales team with defined KPIs and revenue targets.
Generate new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and direct enterprise sales.
Create sales pipelines worth multi-million-dollar opportunities.
Negotiate and close high-value software licensing and SaaS contracts.
Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align customer requirements.
Develop channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances.
Represent the company at industry conferences, BIM forums, and construction technology events.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging BIM technologies.
Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts and revenue reports for leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
MBA preferred.
8 to 15+ years of enterprise sales experience.
Minimum 5 years dedicated to selling BIM software, BIM consulting, or AEC technology solutions.
Proven record of exceeding annual sales targets.
Experience managing enterprise accounts and C-level stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
Proven history of generating ₹50 crore+ annual sales (or equivalent international revenue).
Strong network within the AEC, EPC, construction, infrastructure, and real estate industries.
Experience selling to CXOs, government agencies, and large enterprises.
Ability to build sales operations from the ground up.
Strong commercial negotiation and business development skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
